About us

Most intelligence tools were built for somewhere else.

They assume clean data and stable systems. African businesses run differently, so those tools break at the first workaround.

Imported tools assume
African businesses run on
One system that holds everything
Several systems, exports and spreadsheets that rarely agree
One stable currency
Naira, dollars and more, with rates that move week to week
Formal, documented processes
WhatsApp, phone calls and the one person who knows how it works
Reliable rails and clean exports
Multiple providers, partial files and settlements that arrive late

We make your data agree, then make it useful.

Every engagement starts by pulling your sources into one model with clear definitions. From there, there are three ways in.

Rebuild how work flows

Replace spreadsheet workarounds with systems your team actually wants to use.

  • Internal tools
  • Automated reports
  • Approval and audit trails

Add a risk layer

Put controls and early warnings on the systems you already run.

  • Exposure tracking
  • Exception alerts
  • Controls that leave evidence

Put intelligence into your tech

Build models and analytics on your own data, inside the tools you already use.

  • Forecasting and scoring
  • Document and data extraction
  • AI features in your product

Start small. Prove it on your data. Build only what you'll use.

01

Diagnose

We map how work and data move through your business, and show where time, money and control are lost.

02

Build

We build the model, reports and tools on your data, around your team.

03

Run

We stay on to monitor and extend what we built as your business changes.

Four providers, four clients, no single version of the truth.

A cross-border payments business ran settlements and revenue across disconnected exports and spreadsheets. Month-end took weeks, and nobody fully trusted the numbers.

We built

One ledger across every provider, transaction-level revenue calculation, settlement and reserve tracking, and a finance console with scheduled reports.

We found

Tens of thousands of transactions missing from a core export, pricing that no longer covered provider costs, and one client carrying most of the risk for little revenue.

Now

One set of numbers for management and partners, and pricing decisions backed by transaction-level evidence.
